Last week I got my evaluation,band though I did really good in some areas, there were areas where I needed to work at. One of these things is time management, the other is forgetting to look at the flyer, to see what’s on sale. They gave me another 30days to reach the goal of a score of 26 or better. If not, no bonus, no raise, and worst of all….no job. I don’t know if they’ll actually fire me, but I’ll lose my position as produce clerk.
Part of me says whatever, the other part says no friggin way. I truly like this job, I adore my supervisor and I love the benefits that go with this job.
My head and my heart are once again at war.
